WESTERN AUSTRALIAN MARINE ACT 1982 - SECT 4

4 .         Act not to apply to naval ships etc.

                This Act does not apply to or in relation to a vessel belonging to the naval, military or air forces of the Commonwealth or of any other country, including a foreign country.
