Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts This Act does not
apply in relation to the disposal —
(a) of
wastes or other matter directly arising from, or related to, the exploration,
exploitation and associated off-shore processing of sea-bed mineral resources;
or
(b)
within port waters which are not part of the territorial sea of Australia of
spoil dredged from within the boundaries of the port concerned.
