THE WESTERN AUSTRALIAN TURF CLUB ACT 1892 - SECT 39

39 .         Appointment of auditors

                The Commissioner of Crown Lands may from time to time appoint an auditor for the purpose of auditing the accounts of the club and such auditor may from time to time remove at pleasure.
