16PA .         Concurrence of Treasurer

                The Minister is not to —

            (a)         agree to a draft statement of corporate intent under section 16O; or

            (b)         agree to or direct any modification of a statement of corporate intent under section 16P,

                except with the concurrence of the Treasurer.
