Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The water board shall
be constituted in such one of the modes following as the Governor from time to
time directs: —
(a) by
the appointment of the local government of a district all or part of which is
within the water area to be the water board;
(b) by
the election of the members of the water board;
(c) by
the appointment of the members of the water board by the Governor; or
(d) by
the election of some members, and the appointment of others by the Governor.
