Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Except to the extent
that an exemption is directly contemplated by, or is a necessary consequence
of, this Act, nothing in this Act exempts Westpac from the provisions of any
written law relating to companies carrying on the business of banking.
