Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make any regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by
this Act to be prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for
giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2) If there is any
conflict or inconsistency between a provision made by regulations under this
Act and a provision made by regulations or by-laws under the
Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984 , a relevant Act within the meaning of
that Act or the Water Services Licensing Act 1995 , the latter provision
prevails.
