Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person must not
hinder or obstruct a WELS inspector who is exercising a power under
this Act.
Penalty: a fine of 60 penalty units.
(2) A person who is
not a WELS inspector must not, in any way, hold himself or herself out to be a
WELS inspector.
Penalty: a fine of 60 penalty units.
Note: This section
does not appear in the Commonwealth Act but provisions to the same effect
(except as to penalty) are included in Part 7.8 of the Criminal Code of
the Commonwealth.
