                     WAGH Financial Obligations Act 1990

An Act to appropriate the General Loan and Capital Works Fund for a charge
during the year ended 30 June 1990 under the Treasurer's Advance
Authorization Act 1989 in relation to Western Australian Government
Holdings Limited.

                                             [Assented to 17 December 1990.]


The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1.    Short title


            This Act may be cited as the WAGH Financial Obligations
       Act 1990.

2.    Commencement


            This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it
       receives the Royal Assent.

3.    Appropriation


            The sum of $55 000 000 expended from the Treasurer's Advance
       Account in 1989/90 to make a payment chargeable against the General
       Loan and Capital Works Fund during the year ended 30 June 1990, being
       the repayment to the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited
       of interim financing for Western Australian Government Holdings
       Limited, is appropriated from the General Loan and Capital Works
       Fund.
