WEST KALGOORLIE-LAKE LEFROY RAILWAY ACT 1970 - SECT 3

3 .         Authority to deviate

                Notwithstanding anything contained in the Public Works Act 1902 it shall be lawful to deviate from the line as described in the Schedule to the extent of 2 miles on either side thereof.
