WITNESS PROTECTION (WESTERN AUSTRALIA) ACT 1996 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

        (1)         Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on such day as is fixed by proclamation  1 .

        (2)         If the Sentence Administration Act 1995  2 has not been assented to when this Act comes into operation, clause 2 of Schedule 1 comes into operation immediately after that Act is assented to.
