Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The superintendent
of a detention centre may delegate to an officer, by instrument in writing
signed by the superintendent, all or any of the superintendent’s powers
prescribed in section 196.
(2) For the purposes
of this Act, the exercise of a power by a delegate under this section is
deemed to be the exercise of the power by the superintendent.
