YOUNG OFFENDERS ACT 1994 - SECT 37A

37A .         No representation by a legal practitioner or an agent

        (1)         In this section —

        lawyer means an Australian lawyer within the meaning of that term in the Legal Profession Act 2008 section 3.

        (2)         During the consideration of a matter by a juvenile justice team, a participant in the proceedings of the team is not to be represented in those proceedings by a lawyer or other agent.
