(1) The Minister is to
—
(a) give
the person who made the objection a reasonable opportunity to make submissions
in relation to the objection; and
(b) deal
with the objection as expeditiously as possible.
(2) The Minister may
—
(a)
dismiss the objection; or
(b) vary
the decision objected to; or
(c)
revoke the decision objected to and substitute a different decision; or
(d)
revoke the decision objected to and refer the matter, with or without
directions, to the original decision maker for another decision.
(3) The Minister is to
give to the person who made the objection written notice of his or her
decision and the reasons for it.
