information that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material
particular to —
(a) the
Minister in relation to a licence or an application under Part 2; or
(b) an
animal ethics committee in relation to an approval of the type referred to in
section 6(1)(b); or
(c) an
inspector exercising a power under this Act, or a person assisting an
inspector to exercise a power under this Act.
Penalty: $20 000 and imprisonment for one year.
