(1) If a person
commits an offence by reason of —
(a)
failing to do something that this Act requires to be done; or
(b)
doing something that this Act prohibits,
that offence is taken
to continue until the person does what is required or ceases to do what is
prohibited (as the case requires).
(2) Where an offence
is taken to continue, the offender commits an additional offence on each day
during which the offence is taken to continue after written notice of the
offence has been given to the offender by an inspector.
Penalty: $1 000 for every day on which the offence
is taken to continue.
