Court means the Supreme Court;
person concerned has the meaning given by
section 40(1);
Principal Registrar means the person for the time
being holding or acting in the office designated under the Supreme Court Act
1935 as the “Principal Registrar of the Supreme Court”.
(2) For the purposes
of sections 6, 9(1), 10(2) and 15(b), a will or instrument signed in
accordance with section 40(4) is to be taken to be executed by the person
concerned in a manner permitted by this Act.
