AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (WESTERN AUSTRALIA) REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 4

4 .         Certain enactments have effect despite the Agvet Code and Agvet Regulations of this jurisdiction

        (1)         The Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act 1984 has effect despite the Agvet Code.

        (2)         The Poisons Act 1964 has effect despite the Agvet Code.

        (3)         In this regulation — 

        Agvet Code has the meaning given in section 36(1) of the Act.
