ARTIFICIAL BREEDING (SHEEP) REGULATIONS 1983 - REG 2A

2A .         Prescribed stock

                Sheep are a prescribed species of stock for the purposes of — 

            (a)         paragraph (b) of the definition of “artificial breeding” in section 4 of the Act; and

            (b)         section 5B(3) of the Act.
