1.    Citation


            This order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Table
       Grapes) Order 2001.

2.    Prohibition on sale of certain table grapes


            The sale, except for the purpose of export from the State, of
       table grapes that are below market grade (undergrade) as specified
       under the Table Grape Grading Code 2001 is prohibited.
