Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The
Director‑General or a person authorised by the Director‑General
may, during business hours, enter premises at which are kept records and
documents relating to the conduct of adoption services and may inspect and
take copies, notes or extracts of, and take possession of, the records or
documents.
(2) A person must not
hinder or obstruct the Director‑General or an authorised person in the
exercise of a power conferred by this regulation.
Penalty: $2 000.
