ADOPTION REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 5

5 .         Terms used

                In this Part —

        licence means a licence provided for by section 9 of the Act;

        principal officer , in relation to a private adoption agency, includes a person who is acting in the office of principal officer of the agency.
