Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The functions that
may be performed under a licence are those referred to in the provisions of
the Act set out in the Table to this regulation that would otherwise be
performed by the Director‑General.

(2) The functions that
may be performed under a licence also include those referred to in the
provisions of Parts 4 and 5 of these regulations as are relevant to the
sections of the Act set out in the Table in subregulation (1) where those
functions would otherwise be performed by the Director‑General.
(3) If a private
adoption agency is also accredited under regulation 23C, the functions
that may be performed under a licence also include those functions that the
agency may perform under regulation 23J.
