Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A body corporate can
only apply to the Minister for a licence if it —
(a)
carries on activities or is formed for purposes consistent with the welfare
and best interests of children; and
(b) does
not carry on activities and was not formed for the purpose of trading or
securing a pecuniary profit to its members.
