Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations If a person has paid a
fee referred to in regulation 87 and subsequently proceeds with an
application under section 38 of the Act in respect of the adoption of a
child referred to in regulation 88(1) or (2), the Director‑General
may refund to the person all or part of the fee that the person would have
been exempt from paying under regulation 87.
