AUCTION SALES REGULATIONS 1974 - REG 1

1 .         Citation and commencement

        (1)         These regulations may be cited as the Auction Sales Regulations 1974 1 .

        (2)         In these regulations the Auction Sales Act 1973 is referred to as “ the Act ”.
