13 .         Section 10 altered

                In section 10(5):

            (a)         before “(4) and (5)” insert:

                (4A),

            (b)         delete “clause 9(9)) and 11” and insert:

                clause 9(9)), 10 (except clause 10(7) and (8)) and 12

            (c)         delete paragraph (b) and “and” after it and insert:

            (b) ^1M         each reference in those provisions to a magistrate of the Magistrates Court were a reference to a magistrate of the Children’s Court; and
