CONSERVATION AND LAND MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 3

3 .         Application

                Unless otherwise stated, these regulations apply to — 

            (a)         land, and land and waters, specified in section 5 of the Act; and

            (b)         subject to section 130(2) of the Act, land which is subject to an agreement under section 16 of the Act; and

            (c)         land placed under the management of the CEO under section 33(2) of the Act; and

            (d)         land to which section 131 of the Act applies.
