Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations The seal of the
Registrar shall bear the armorial bearings of the State and the words
“The seal of the Registrar of Co‑operative and Financial
Institutions” around or above and the words “Western
Australia” below. Every document under the Act bearing the seal of the
Registrar shall be deemed to be duly authenticated for the purposes of the Act
and the regulations made thereunder.
