Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations No amendment of a rule
or rules shall be valid until the same has been registered. An amendment of a
rule or rules of a registered society, which includes a new rule and a
resolution rescinding a rule or rules, may be either —
(a) a
complete amendment consisting of the substitution of an entire set of rules
for the existing rules, and bearing at the beginning words to the effect that
“all previous rules are rescinded”; or
(b) a
partial amendment consisting of any amendment which does not substitute an
entire set of rules for the existing rules.
