Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) This order applies
in relation to a person applying, under section 9 of the Act, for a
credit provider’s licence if —
(a)
there is no place in the State at which the person intends to carry on
business under the licence; and
(b) the
person has an address for service in Australia.
(2)
Section 9(3)(c) of the Act does not have effect to the extent that it
would otherwise require the person’s application to specify the address
of the principal place in the State at which the person intends to carry on
business under the licence.
