COUNTRY AREAS WATER SUPPLY BY-LAWS 1957 - REG 10

10 .         Manure etc., disposal of near water

                Refuse, dung, manure or other offensive matter shall not be deposited or be permitted to be deposited within 300 m of high‑water mark or of any well or bore.
