Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The occupier of
any premises whereon there is a sanitary convenience shall maintain the
convenience in a cleanly condition.
(2) The owner of any
premises whereon there is a sanitary convenience shall maintain the
convenience in accordance with these by‑laws.
(3) Every closet shall
be supplied with a sufficient number of receptacles which shall be
interchangeable with others in the same district and which shall be of
approved size, shape and style, and every pan shall be emptied and cleansed at
least once every week or as often as may be required by an inspector.
