Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The owner or
occupier of any house within a catchment area shall not permit the contents of
any pan used in any closet or urinal to overflow from any cause whatever.
(2) The owner or
occupier of any house within the catchment area shall not permit any closet or
urinal, or pan appertaining thereto, or used by the occupants of such house to
become offensive or a nuisance, and every such owner or occupier, whenever
directed, either verbally or in writing by an inspector, shall properly and
effectively empty and cleanse the closet, urinal or pan, to the satisfaction
of the inspector.
