Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If the Commission
considers that the circumstances warrant it, the Commission may serve on a
casino key employee licence holder or casino employee licence holder a letter
of censure censuring the holder of the licence in respect of a matter set out
in regulation 15(1).
(2) The Commission
shall cause a copy of a letter served on the holder of a licence under
subregulation (1) to be forwarded to the Operator.
