Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) For the purposes
of paragraph (f) of the definition of controlled contract in
section 29A of the Act, a contract that does not relate to the provision
of gaming technical services is exempt from that definition.
(2) In
subregulation (1) —
gaming technical services means services related
to the maintenance or repair of gaming equipment or gaming related computer
information systems.
