CHILD CARE SERVICES (FAMILY DAY CARE) REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 39

39 .         Display of licence

        (1)         A licensee must display the licence in a prominent position at or near the main entrance to the place.

        (2)         A person must not alter or deface a licence.

        Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
