Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A licensee must
ensure that an enrolled child is given positive guidance directed towards
acceptable behaviour.
(2) A licensee must
ensure that an enrolled child is not subjected to any form of corporal
punishment, punishment by solitary confinement, punishment by physical
restraint or other demeaning, humiliating or frightening punishment.
(3) A licensee must
ensure that an enrolled child taken from an activity for unacceptable
behaviour is supervised at all times by the licensee or the supervising
officer.
(4) A licensee must
ensure that an enrolled child is protected from bullying, violence and
harassment.
Penalty: a fine of $4 000.
