CHILD CARE SERVICES (FAMILY DAY CARE) REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 7

7 .         Prescribed details: section 33

                For the purposes of section 33, the following details are prescribed —

            (a)         the name of the licensee;

            (b)         the location of the place at which the service is authorised to be provided;

            (c)         the period for which the licence has effect;

            (d)         the maximum number of children who may attend a care session and any other conditions to which the licence is subject under section 19(1).
