Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) For the purpose of
Schedule 1 item 18 to the Act, a conviction of a licensee for an
offence against the Act or these regulations (an offence ) is a prescribed
matter.
(2) If a licensee is
convicted of an offence, the CEO must notify the parents of children for whom
a service is provided that the licensee has been convicted of that offence.
(3) For the purposes
of giving the notice referred to in subregulation (2), the CEO may
require the licensee to give the CEO a list of the names and addresses of the
parents.
(4) A licensee must
comply with a requirement under subregulation (3).
Penalty: a fine of $3 000.
