Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Any person who
commits a breach of any of the foregoing by‑laws, or who refuses or
neglects to obey any injunction in any such by‑law or to comply with any
requirements contained therein, is liable upon conviction to a penalty not
exceeding $2 000 and, in the case of a continuing breach, to a further
penalty not exceeding $200 for each day the offence continues after notice has
been given by or on behalf of the Corporation to the offender.
