Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations No person shall take
or use or cause to be taken or used any water from any works, without the
authority of the Corporation and no person shall allow any water supplied to
him by the Corporation, or taken with the approval of the Corporation, to run
to waste either on public roads or on private or public lands or otherwise.
