Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations If a request is made
to a court under the Act section 9(1)(b) for permission for an
application or request to be made at another registry of the court, the court
may, before giving the permission, give any person who might be affected by
the granting of the permission an opportunity to make a submission in writing
to or be heard by the court by a date specified by the court.
