Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) An application for
the leave of the court to enforce a judgment under the Act section 13(1)
must be in an approved form supported by an affidavit.
(2) The applicant for
leave does not have to give notice of the application to the person against
whom an order under the Act to enforce a judgment is to be sought unless the
court so orders.
