CIVIL JUDGMENTS ENFORCEMENT REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 79

79 .         Ordinary service: how effected

                If a document —

            (a)         is required to or may be served or given under the Act or by order of a court by ordinary service; or

            (b)         the Act or the court does not specify the means by which the document is to be served or given,

                it is to be served or given in accordance with Division 3 or 4.
