Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Any person who
breaches or fails to comply with any of these by‑laws is guilty of an
offence and is liable to a fine of not more than $100.
(2) In addition to any
fine imposed under paragraph (1), the Court may order any person
convicted of an offence under these by‑laws to pay compensation of not
more than $250.00 to the Community or another person where, in the course of
committing the offence, the person convicted has caused damage to property of
the Community or of that other body corporate or person.
