Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A caravan in
respect of which a vehicle licence is not required under section 15 of
the Road Traffic Act 1974 , because it could not be drawn by another
vehicle on a road due to its size, is a vehicle of a prescribed class or
description for the purposes of the definition of “park home” in
section 5(1) of the Act.
(2) In
subregulation (1) —
road has the same meaning as it has for the
purposes of the Road Traffic Act 1974 .
