COMMERCIAL TENANCY (RETAIL SHOPS) AGREEMENTS REGULATIONS 1985 - REG 9

9 .         Tenant guide prescribed (section 6A(4))

        (1)         The tenant guide shall be in the form of Form 6.

        (2)         The tenant guide is to be located at the front of the retail shop lease to which it relates.
