Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (a) Any
licensed plumber who shall refuse either by himself or by those employed by
him to give any needful or proper information required by an officer of the
Corporation shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine
not exceeding $200.
