Every house shall be separately drained unless a combined drain is ordered or
approved by the Corporation.
(b)
Owners desiring to have the drainage of their properties combined shall sign a
request for a combined drain, and if approved by the Corporation, they shall
complete the prescribed agreement as required by the Corporation and comply
with any other provision that the Corporation may require from time to time.
